Their representative, ****** came out today and told me honestly what was needed. I thought I would need to replace the entire shower floor, but he said all I really needed was some sealant in the corner and I could probably do it myself. I am a widow and it was truly nice to have someone not try to take advantage and sell me stuff I do not need. It’s hard to find honest contractors. I would recommend this company highly.

Very Impressed with Five Star Bath Solutions looking forward to a new shower installed. ***** was pleasant and informative and pointed out my moldy shower. I love the shower wall selections that look like real stone! Their warranty is not only lifetime on everything but transferable! I was able to take advantage of their finance program with six years, same as cash! Looking forward to it being installed and will be telling my neighbors and friends.Five Star Bath Solutions

We loved our experience with Five Star! **** was our sales rep and she was super responsive and flexible. She listened to our unconventional requests to move a couple walls and create a new spot for our laundry room. She came to our house multiple times to make sure she understood our needs and connected us to the people who could make it happen. ******* was the contractor they used and we loved them! Their work was thorough and beautiful! ***** was the project manager in charge of the work being done and he kept us updated and took care of us through the ups and downs of the install process. There was a couple hiccups, as with any construction project, but they never settled. When a piece of the shower did not measure correctly, they pulled it out and ordered us brand new pieces. While this did make the project take longer than expected, I so appreciate their attention to detail and their willingness to correct an error that they found, even though it meant a lot more time and money for them. Their PVC option for the shower was half the price of the other bids we got and has held up beautifully. It has been so easy to care for. Overall we are elated with our new space, and even a year later I get giddy stepping into my beautiful bathroom.Five Star Bath Solutions

Five Star is the only company that quoted me what I asked for and not remodel my whole bathroom. Two other companies were here for hours and pressured us to remodel our bathroom. We are glad to work with ***** and Five Star because there was no pressure and the price is what we expected. I will be referring them out to anyone that needs any bathroom work.Five Star Bath Solutions

Amazing showers that look like granite and stone, 28 different acrylic walk in tubs which no one else comes close to offering, and all affordable. I worked a home show with Five Star and everyone looking to remodel their bathroom needs to check them out!Five Star Bath Solutions

I recently purchased a walk in tub. I really like it the jets really helps my arthritis and I sleep so much better! I don't need a heated seat as It empties in 80 seconds!
