  This company had a part listed on internet for way less than everybody else so I ordered the part and they told me it was out of stock and refunded my money well immediately it was relisted in stock for three times the amount of what this part cost and they told me it was because of the tariffs and the part is made in the *** so there is no tears I believe that screwed up on the amount of what it cost but they won't mess up to it and yet CEO of the company messaged me and give me a runaround and he said the *** is ******** they ain't no help they won't help you anyways cuz they used to pay them they had the part listed for 7466 I do believe which it's unbelievable the price of it that's why I ordered it I said well maybe they're just trying to get rid of them well no sooner I get my money back to falling day and I confront them about it I always thought when you bought something in a store and it was listed for this price they have to give it to you for that price and then they fix the problem no they just give me the runaround now after I complain to him they took the part completely off the internet because I told them I said it's kind of funny it says this price will not go up within 25 days you got 25 days to pay this month well it was relisted the following day for more money way more money like $355

  This listing is presently on ****** listed for sale. They took delivery of payment without having the item for sale. Now it's going to take 5 to 7 days to get my money back.

  Not sure where to start with this. After not getting my parts on time, messaged them asking where they are, no response, asked a second time no response now I'm on the third time and again waiting for a response? Thank god it wasn't a 5000$ part that I would be out of money for it, and it's only about $300.00 but this is unreal. I don't want to give them a single star!!!

  RPI designs is an awful company to buy any Corvette parts from. They are very aggressive with their customers. They build poorly made custom products. They really messed up a 2022 Corvette Splitter that cost 600 dollars. I wanted a replacement, and they gave me the runaround for 2 weeks. I got angry with them and gave up. Beware of this company.

  I would leave zero stars if I could.I purchased a set of alpinestars gear from them, when it arrived it was way too small (did not match up to the size guide) so I returned it. six weeks later and I have still not received a refund. Many emails going back and forth with multiple excuses. *** called them, and when I did eventually get through to somebody the hung up on me. AVOID this company!

  On 12/19/2022 I ordered a pair of POLISHED stainless steel crossmember covers for my C8 Corvette. Received a package from PFYC on 01/03/2023 and discovered they had sent me the wrong item. Immediately called customer service, no one answered so I left a message. The next day after not receiving a return call, I called again and after the third attempt a lady finally answered. I told her that I was sent the wrong item and needed to find out what I needed to do to return it for the correct item. She told me that she had just emailed all the information I needed to exchange for the correct item. Told her thanks for the help and went to my computer to see what I needed to do. No email, waited, no email, waited, no email. Later that day I called again and of course no answer, so I left my name and email just in case she didn't have it. I didn't want any excuse for not sending me an email. After sending numerous emails and making numerous calls, as of today (01/10/2023) I have received no response. I even got on their website and read what was needed to return an item, followed all the instructions and email it to PFYC. Of course, there has been no response to that email either. After reading numerous reviews on PFYC I have discovered this is just how PFYC does business. All I have to say to any perspective buyer, you better hope you are sent the correct item and there are no issues because their supposedly EASY RETURNS is not going to happen and there is no such thing as CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

  I had an issue with an item that i received from them that had some flaws in the manufacturing process, I called and was greeted by *****, I explained to her the situation and within 10 minutes she called me back and resolved my problem. After reading all the reviews here i was expecting the worse but it did not turned out to be the case. She was very professional and very helpful. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future. **** Order # ******
