    Told me a bad bearing, wasn't that, still paid $400, took it back then it was control arm bushing, scheduled it, took it in, confirmed what service was being done, rented a car for another day and dropped it off, at 4pm the following day I called asking about the status of a couple hours job, he stated he didn't have the part. When I asked, he said it was the weather ( was not severe during this time) the part should have been ordered prior to dropping my vehicle off but he wanted to confirm the quote, myself and his notes and calendar were correct by reevaluating the vehicle, and didn't tell me until I had to call !!!that they hadn't even brought it in.. However I paid another $600+ to him and rented a car AGAIN. ***** did replace it after yet another scheduled visit. I got my vehicle back and the issue was not fixed, he then stated we could " just start throwing parts on it". He now said If the last thing they said was wrong didn't fix it that he would " think" it might be the struts but didn't know and told me he doesn't have an alignment machine and would have to take it elsewhere after he was done with the $$$$ job for alignment... This comes 4 days after he told me he could get me a price for the struts, yet was "too busy" the technician had stated when I had to call in again just to find out what was going on. Poorly run business and horrible customer **********************.
