    We had a wonderful experience getting a new system! ****, **** and ***** were very kind, answered all my questions and did a great job. And they were very sweet to my curious kids! **** even let my daughter put the stickers on our new system - she said that was the best part of her day! ****** and ********* in the office were so sweet as well. This is a great group of people to work with. You can tell they are family-oriented and they take customer service very seriously.

    ********* *** Quality Water Systems pricing and service We purchased a softener system from Quality Water Systems on November 10, 2022, for $10,422.00. When our water pressure started going down in mid-August, 2023, I called to make an appointment for repair. After a short delay and a cancellation, the Quality Water techs, **** and ****, came to our house and replaced our pump on August 22, 2023, for $5,303.00.When our tenant went to add salt on August 27, he noticed that the salt receptacle was full of water up to the overflow ***** and that there was water on the floor.I exchanged 9 phone calls with QW between Aug ***** and sent photos of the problem on Aug 28. ****, the service person, was supposed to call for several days, but never did. On August 30, I got a notice that **** was being sent for a repair, but he did not come out, just called me7+ minute phone call-- and told me everything was okay it wasnt!I called a local water expert who looked at the photos and said he thought the water level WAS TOO HIGH and that it would not go down. The backwash flow control was broken. He came out on August 31, repaired it, and added a flotation device to prevent it from happening again, for a $115.00 service call.Cautionary tale: I report this to let potential customers know that Quality Water Systems is no longer the company it used to be. They overcharged me for the services and then refused to send a repair person when the system didnt work and they had received payment.
