Attending Tammy Homegardner's The Job Search School really works. It is a positive investment to succeed in finding a job. It has been invaluable experience for learning how to do the job search.
Tammy's guidance successfully helped me polish up my LinkedIn profile, rev up my resume and helped me ace the interview to get a good job offer for a position that I believe I will really enjoy.
I usually hear that it is not an easy task to find a job at my age, over 55. Tammy always says that ageism does exist, but she motivates us to overcome this obstacle. Her optimism and enthusiasm have been contagious, so that I could succeed in overcoming the obstacles to find a job.
I definitely recommend The Job Search School to anyone who wants to succeed in the job search. The Job Search School brings a good result.

The purpose of this letter is to wholeheartedly recommend "The Job Search School," a six-week class presented by the incredible ***** ***********. I completed the program recently and can confidently say it has positively transformed my job search in many ways. The Job Search School has given me invaluable tools, resources, and guidance to move through the ever-changing resume rules, LinkedIn, and the job market. The combination of live web meetings, weekly training sessions, and thoughtfully created e-workbooks make for an engaging learning experience that is tailored to each person's job search and can work at your own speed. The program's commitment to staying up to date with all aspects of your search is notable. Several times during our live calls with *****, it seemed we got updates on job boards before anyone else. ***** regularly presents the latest best practices to keep "cutting edge" as a descriptor of "The Job Search School'. ***** *********** herself is one of the main aspects of this experience. Her dedication to helping job seekers succeed in their career search is truly remarkable. She is passionate about answering every question and making others shine in her answers. In every module, she has given skills that were useful immediately. She has boosted my confidence in using LinkedIn more than I ever expected.
I finally found the answer I was looking for, "The Job Search School," presented by ***** ***********. If you or someone you know is in this space, give yourself a present you deserve. In the stress of looking for or changing careers, this class is worth more than what is being charged.
Thank you, *****, for all your help; what a gift!

I found ***** *********** and The Job Search School to be pivotal in my job search. I saw results in the interest in my LinkedIn profile after week 1 of the course and that just continued to increase.
***** not only gave great advice and instruction, but she helped me to revamp my resume and LinkedIn profile to attract potential employers and recruiters. I now understand why my applications were going into the black hole of no response before taking this course.
I started the Job Search School course on 4.11.23 and am accepting the perfect position for my skill set and I'm excited to remove my "open to work" banner on my profile.
I would strongly recommend this course to anyone in the job market. There are so many resources available in this course and you have direct contact with ***** on questions as you navigate the job search.
Thank you, *****, for helping me find my dream job!!!

I initially found Tammy/The Homegardners/Job School on LinkedIn. She sounded genuine. I did get some small bits of advice, but I just had this feeling that I couldn't commit to the sales pitch portion of her free webinars.
Stay with her free two or three recommendations.
I did some searching on BeenVerified. Interesting.
In other words, do not send these people money at all.
You are strong and there are many other local job help sources available.
P.S. Tammy, why not have your success stories be live on your webinars? It would be great to see and hear from them directly, rather than a PowerPoint slide of someone who may or may not exist.

This webinar was pretty useless. The tips for Linked In (add a picture, put keywords in the headline, how to write a strong summary & filling out experience) and the advice on how to format a resume to be ATS-friendly and to customize resumes to jobs is all standard advice that's broadly available online with a simple job search advice google search. The "secret" to success for today's job market that it suggested was networking (that's not modern or new) with emphasis on "cold connect" networking through linked in to get to 500+ connections. The whole point is leading to the sales pitch to sign up for the paid service that will let you make more connections using their account. The presentation is also prerecorded so it's pretty funny when the "presenter" asks questions and then "responds" by mentioning answers that nobody put in the chat (law of averages only works so far). This webinar may be useful for some people but doesn't present anything very special or useful. It was a waste of time.

The person who posted this review is not a client of ours and I don't know him. It appears that he attended our free webinar where the topic is "the top 3 strategies in today's job market". While we appreciate the feedback, unfortunately the statements this person makes above are not accurate. We go through, in depth, 3 strategies job seekers need to be using today and how to implement those. They are: 1. Not only having an optimized LinkedIn profile, but knowing how to use that profile in today's job search. 2. You must have a custom resume for each job you apply for and 3. Most people in mid-management on up through C-Suite are finding their jobs by reaching out to employers in the Hidden Job Market. We do make an offer for webinar attendees to join our Job Search Program if they feel it is a good fit for them. There is no obligation to do so. We help thousands and thousands of job seekers find their dream jobs. While everyone is entitled to their own opinion, the facts stated in this review are not accurate as to what we cover on the webinar. We cover much more than what is described here and not everyone understands the changes the job search has gone through in recent years nor how to research effectively to get the answers to why nobody calls to interview them after they apply. We get emails daily from people who got great "ah ha" moments from the webinar. I am sorry to hear that Darrell isn't one of those people.

The information provided was only focused on LinkedIn. All the info is available online and without the exorbitant price, she wants for people who are out of work. She claims it's valued at nearly $4000. but gives you a discount for sitting through her presentation. A chat window opens up but you are restricted to chatting with others on the call and I highly suspect the positive comments she posts are not real. I asked several questions to the administrator (you are only allowed to ask the administrator questions) though many others are posting to the general chat. Of course, those comments are all positive. How does that make sense if they are real people? No one else had a single question? Something isn't right here. It's really just an infomercial so she can get hundreds of dollars from you. BBB should do some checking as this presentation is highly suspect. Note all the reviews here are from 2020.

**** **** is not a paying customer of ours. She attended one of our free webinars where we give a presentation with tips on the job search. At the end of the presentation, we present an offer to our clients and it is completely up to them as to whether they choose to purchase our program. I have no idea what this person is claiming (or even talking about) but we are a very legitimate business and take care of all of our clients. If you would like to see our recommedations, you can find them on my LinkedIn profile here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tammyhomegardner/ . I do not feel that this "review" should be posted on the BBB because the client hasn't purchased anything or had any interaction with us outside of our free presentation. Apparently she is just "assuming" that we have done something wrong and that is false. Let me know if you need any further details.
