      I turned in an overcoat to be dry cleaned on March 19, 2024. I proceeded to pick up the overcoat on April 1, 2024. I paid a little over $24. When I got home, I discovered that one of my three front buttons was missing and could see the ********************* of detachment. Whatever happened, I have reason to believe the dry cleaners knew that the button was missing when it was picked up and decided not to say anything or attempt to resolve the problem. It is clear to me that I am not the only one who has had a dissatisfactory experience with this business. It is my hope that they can make it right with me. It was not a cheap overcoat at all, and now I cannot properly wear it.

      In response to complaint ID# ********. We are very sorry that **************** had a button on his overcoat missing after it had been dry cleaned at our facility.  Buttons do come loose or crack overtime with normal wear, but we do try our best to notice if this happens and make the necessary repairs. If **************** would have called or stopped back into our facility, we would have let him know that we are happy to take care of the repair. I spoke with our managers and employees, and no one has had any communication with Mr. ****** regarding this matter. The complaint through BBB is the first time we were made aware that there was an issue.  **************** is welcome to bring the overcoat back in and we will be happy to replace the button to the best of our ability. Meaning, we will try to match up the color/design of the existing buttons. Often, coats will have extra buttons sewn inside that we are able to use as well. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 7am-4pm.
