    I ordered a product (a case of construction caulk) from Flarefind on August 23, 2022. The only way to pay is through PayPal. Flarefind submits the transaction as "friend" knowing that PayPal will not pursue a dispute under this category. The product never arrived, emails are not answered, phone never picked up, and the phone massages not returned.

    Ordered product. Money taken from account. Been 18 days never received. Phone number is a Google answering number. Calls not return. Email to company invalid as will. No way to contact them. They just take money and never ship product.

    On 8/6/22, I placed an order for a gallon of antiseptic skin cleanser and the seller only accepted ******, so I placed the order, and paid them $50.80, they showed they had 27 in stock, so I tried to buy 2. ****** would not allow a purchase over $100 so I tried to contact the seller multiple times to try to purchase more units. I have tried to contact them multiple times, first to try to place an order for more units, then to try to get shipping info on the one order. The support email address is undeliverable, the email address they confirmed the order with does not reply, and I have left messages on the phone number on their website, and they will not return my calls. I tried to contact ******, and my bank, and they said that I have to contact the seller to get a resolution. When I try to check the status of my order, it says it has not shipped. My order number is **************

    On August 13, 2022 I ordered a Paddletek Pickleball paddle from Flarefind.com. I received an email confirmation. I paid for this through ******. It went to ******** ***** at *****************. I had it deducted directly from my bank account. The paddle was never shipped or delivered. numerous attempts to contact him has gone unanswered. I went to the website and emailed the ********************* and it returnedit as undeliverable. Upon further investigation, the website appears to be from ***** and is fake.

    I placed an order on 08-05-2022 for a Fluke T-5 1000 electrical tester On FlareFind for $94.69 that I needed for a job. They’ve already taken the money out of my bank account. On the website it said the shipping was within 3-4 days but when I type in my order number it says not shipped. I would just like a refund because I don’t even know if the website is legit because when I tried to call multiple times a machine came on. I really would like to get some resolution to this problem. Thank you.

    I was searching for a tire to purchase and came across Flarefind.com. They had the exact tire I was looking for at a reasonable price. I initiated the purchase on August 2, 2022 and paid $53.46 via ******. The website states shipping will occur within 5 business days. I hadn't received any shipping information, and the 'order tracking' from the site showed 'not shipped'. I reached out to the business via email and phone multiple times with no response. In hind-site the deal was too good to be true. Some of the 'red flags' were: The ****** link went directly to a 'friends and family' transaction. The 'person' receiving the money appeared to be an individual '****** ********' (**********************) The 'order number' from Flarefind is ************** ****** Transaction ID: *****************  More important than the money is to prevent future fraud from these individuals. Thanks for any help with a resolution
