    I was a potential client of this law firm, I provided all my information including w2’s accident reports and signed a release for them to be able to access my information in the workers comp bureau database regarding my case.
    I reached out to them for the denial since I have not received it in the mail, they refused to send me the documents even though I was told they were provided the denial. I don’t think this is good business to hold someone’s denial letter it hinders me going forward with my personal injury case. I think the staff Suz denied providing me my paperwork it would have taken them just a moment to send me the information that they received on my behalf. I don’t think it’s right that they can withhold my denial letter when I was more than open with them in providing the documents they asked for.

    Please be advised that our office received a complaint relative to an attorney in our firm, ****** *********. Ms. ********, we are a law firm and we cannot make comments about any individuals who may or may not have retained our office for services. Nothing in her complaint releases our office from the responsibility of attorney/client privilege.
    Mr. *********, as well as every other attorney in our firm, are duly licensed to practice law and there are no disciplinary complaints pending against anybody in our firm. As far as I know, not a single attorney in our firm has ever had a disciplinary complaint that was found to have any merit, whatsoever. To that extent, we are comfortable with the services that we provide to our clients. It is of excellent quality.
