      I received a call from *** ext ***** from ABC Warehouse Corporate, regard*** a BBB complaint/review I posted about poor cusomter service at ***************, ******** store. We had a few different phone calls, not sure if it was a bad conection or I was hung up on.Seemed the phone call was dropped when I explained tro *** the poor customer service the store has. He was not go*** to hear my side of the stor***, say he seen a service request put in. Even tough we did NOT receive a phone call and NOone showed up to service the dryer as promised. I lost 3 days of work do to this store giv*** me false information and hav*** very poor customer service. They ONLY car about sell *** the products! Once they have your money and the product is delived you are on your own!I will never buy anyth*** from *** Warse House again, BUYER BEWARE!!

      Was suppose to have a dryer deliveered between 10-6 and they tried to deliver it at 740 this morning,. Who does that?? Do better ABC Warehouse. I still don't have a dryer!

      Our Regional Manager contacted the customer and apologized for his inconvenience. Our deliveries to start at *****. The delivery has been rescheduled.

      The worse delivery team ever. I had to cancel my order and get a refund because the delivery people had problems bringing my delivery through the front and refused to go to the back of my home to deliver my couch where it would of fit easily through the patio doors. Just unbelievable...very disappointing
