    I had received an original quote from *********************, owner, in March 2024. We made some adjustments. He sent me via email a revised quote on March 22, 2024.Service was scheduled for today, May 14, 2024. He texted me an hour before he was to be here. He wanted to clarify the updated quote he gave me. He didn't want to include edging my landscaping. It was included in the quote. We spoke on the phone and agreed I wouldn't include it. I'm a senior, have physical problems. When I asked him how much edging would be, he said my job wasn't worth doing. He blamed the revised quote error on his computer program, told me doing quotes for customers takes time away from his children, and on and on.He took no accountability. If I could give him a MINUS rating, I would.He is not honest, no integrity, doesn't keep his word.
