  After being referred to Spider Assassin in Sandusky, Oh, I contacted ***** ******* via his Facebook page… Spider Assassin & Pest Management, requesting his services on 3-26-2025. I asked if they could treat these baby moths in my kitchen. He responded, “Yes, our spray treats over 100 different types of insects and lasts for 3 months. I asked multiple times about this specific insect and was assured it was no problem. He stated they spray the inside at the baseboards and around the exterior of the house. I paid $150 in advance. ($100 for the inside and $50 for the exterior) He calls me on a random weekday and says I’ll be there in 10 minutes. I get a text a half hour later that is car broke down and he will be there soon. He shows up an hour late reeks of weed, accompanied by his girlfriend who states she’s allergic to cats. I show him the baby moths and tell him we’ve also had a few ants randomly in the bathroom. So he sprays the kitchen ceilings and the bathroom floor. No where else. I asked multiple times to have the house sprayed like I payed for, nope. Then, he sprayed the outside, the whole process took less than 10 minutes, despite his Facebook account stating it takes 25 minutes and up. A week later I message him to say we now have ants where they weren’t before and the moths have increased in numbers. He tells me it takes 2 weeks. Also at this time, he tells me he never guaranteed that the spray would treat the baby moths. And that he did what the state requires. And that he never said he would spray the baseboards. So, I give it 2 weeks and message him to say it’s gotten worse. He told me they don’t garuntee their services will be effective and it may take a few treatments, even though I was told initially it lasts for 3 months and was never told it make take multiple treatments. I asked if I would have to repay, and he said absolutely. He was argumentative and refused to work with me to resolve the issue and denied his previous guarantees.
