    I have attached copies of the checks I paid to ** ***** ****** for tasks he was being hired to complete, yet did not complete.
    I never got a copy of the contract I signed. *** ****** *hould have a copy of the signed contract! I would very much like a copy.
    Mr. Harvey started work on the French drain about 1 1/2 weeks from getting his down payment - 7/21/2022.  I suffered a stroke, double pneumonia, rheumatoid arthritis, fibramyalga, and heart ablation surgery for SVT. I am just recently feeling able to take on this huge contractual misconduct. I have kept pictures and videos all along of the incomplete work from this company. I can not afford to lose the $5,438 this company took from me. It could realistically cost me quite a bit more to fix the mess left by Jason Harvey, J&J Affordable Fencing LLC.

    We are here because I have continuously tried to resolve this issue with *** ****** back in 2022 when she said she wasn't happy

    we were hired to do a fence job for that we never got to do because her and her neighbor were having property line issues which our company does not get involved in so she asked us if we did any  side work which  we agreed to do but not as the fence company.

    We hand dug a collapsed dirt wall do to not being able to get equipment into her yard then. We installed a set of stairs where said collapsed dirt wall was and build a small wood retaining wall to keep dirt from falling again then we dug a French drain ditch whole length of house and used p gravel and corigated pipe and dug up the drain that french drain ran into because it was collapsed then put fresh pea gravel down on the entire back patio yard to allow drainage for water to get to french drain and installed a doggy ramp for her 100s of dog to be able to go from back patio to back yard to use bathroom which she was pleased with

    when it was all done everything we did was built with treated lumber and concrete then after final payment which she was happy to pay she called us and asked us to come and remove gravel from back patio area because the original leak into her has was still there and water was getting on her porch which is ground level from rain we tried to make her happy I told her I still had the lumber for the set of steps that we were supposed to install on side where her and her neighbor were having property dispute over that i would be more than happy to bring to her and drop off and she said she didn't want us back on property again this was side work that **** ****** asked us to do had nothing to do with fence company and she was given a copy of contract for side work im sorry she felt we did her wrong but we did our best with what she wanted

    As in previous texts and messages, ** ****** continues to distort the facts with fabricated falsehoods. 

    One the texts and messages between us in 2022, I will be able to provide proof of said falsehoods. 

    ** ****** will need to provide a copy of the contract if he feels it exonerates him.

    ** ****** can either fix his disastrous work or pay me back the money I paid him.
