  I went and had my matter resolved by a different attorney - who was able to handle this case within a month and a half. I paid well over $4k+ and waited for 10+ months without any help. My second attorney was wonderful and I will be filing a complaint to receive at least some of my money back, because of the ineffective assistance I received.
  I have communication showing that I did send over the requested documents and it seemed there was never any communication between departments. They kept reaching out to me for documents even after my account was, "closed" with them. They did not communicate any status reports as well and left me feeling as though they did not care about my situation.
  If you need an excellent attorney I HIGHLY recommend ****** ****** - who is more than willing to answer any and all questions.

  All they due is prey on their clients. Hired them in July to help with our home being in Foreclosure. Just received a call today from Justin ***** stating that our modification had been denied and could not appeal. By chance I came across Green Paths number and reached out to them for any guidance. During that call as I explained my situation my counselor ask if we could call mortgage company. We did, they sent the notification letter of denial out on Nov. 13 and told me I had until tomorrow to appeal. They also told me that they only ever received bank statements, nothing else. I have been sending P&L statements, bank statements and other requested documents for 6 months and the mortgage company received none of it. We have paid them almost $5000.00 and they did nothing and then sat on information until it was almost too late. Calling and firing them tomorrow morning. They should not be able to practice law, this is disgusting people come to them for help and no where else to turn. All they do is steal your money! Also before today's phone call I had tried emailing, calling, voice mail, and text for 11 days without a response. Absolutely disgusting and no excuse for this!

  I typically do not write negative reviews but I felt compelled to share my frustration and terrible experience with Cozmyk Law. I spent a fair amount of money for "representation" - I ended up handling everything myself. The attorney that was assigned to my case sent maybe three emails - and asked me the same questions over and over again when we did speak on the phone. Even told me that he has not looked at my file. The disinterest in my case was very apparent.

  This firm is not experienced in foreclosures nor HOA. All they want is to get paid and do an automatic drafty monthly from your account. I believe the others as well. From the beginning they do not ask many questions and only want to talk about bankruptcy and filing lawsuits. Something more for them to just get more and more money from you.
  I highly recommend trying to look for another attorney, anyone else is better than them. If you got their information by direct marketing mail -- RUN RUN RUN the other way.

  I started with Cozmyk or my homeowner for closure, hoping that they could help me, but this company when you try to get a hold of them by email, or even by phone, is almost impossible, I do not appreciate that, when I have an attorney represent me in such a situation as this, I want to be able to talk to them almost immediately, and that’s impossible with Cozmyk

  At Cozmyk Law Offices, LLC we make communication with our clients a high priority. We offer multiple options for communicating with us including phone, text messaging, and e-mail. We strongly urge clients to set up an appointment when they seek to talk to the attorneys because if an attorney is in court, or on the phone with a judge, then they cannot respond "immediately". However, an appointment is always an option and allows an attorney to spend one one one time with the client to answer any questions and address any concerns. We care a great deal about our clients and work diligently to save their homes.
