  I want to leave a review for ***** from Pioneer Roofing. I spoke to him at the Cleveland Home and Flower show and mentioned that our condo association was looking to have new roofs. He spent about half hour talking to me and we made an appointment for a month out. ***** drove an hour to *********** and inspected our roof then explained everything to us. He spent about 45 minutes going over the process. He sent us a quote the next day and when we selected his company for our project he drove another hour to drop off samples and finalize the paperwork. He was also available to answer questions and was always very pleasant to speak to. He showed up on time with his crew on the day that the work was to begin. They worked very hard all day and there was no loud music or goofing off. They were very professional. They were very careful throwing away the old shingles and nails and were constantly cleaning up. They finished the one building in two days which was the agreed time frame. I then had an outside contractor come and inspect the building roof before I made any payment to be sure there was no additional work to be done. The contractors exact words were. This is an absolutely spectacular roof. They did a magnificent job. He could not find one thing wrong with the work that was done. This contractor said usually he can find something wrong but not in this case. He also said that he is glad he is no longer doing roofs because he could not compete with Pioneer Roofing. We still have 5 more buildings to reroof and we will definitely be calling Pioneer Roofing for them . If you need a new roof you cannot go wrong with this company. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

  We cannot be more grateful for the salesperson, ***** at Pioneer Roofing II, and all the workers from the beginning to the end of our roof project. ***** was extremely patient as it took us weeks to choose the roof color, but he never pressured us to make a decision and at least twice he drove over 2 hours to come and bring us samples and discuss the job further. We also had Windows and Siding put in by 5STAR Exteriors, so *****'s team from Pioneer Roofing came back after our siding and windows were put in and put in the gutters, gutter guards and the down-spots. They cleaned up meticulously and every single worker was polite, kind and professional. I cannot say enough positive about this company because there would not be enough positive words to describe their impeccable workmanship. One thing I thought was amazing is that Pioneer Roofing II would not accept any money until the job was complete. Also, this company was our 1st estimate out of 5, and my husband and I both felt strongly about going with them after all the rest of the estimates came in. There price was unbelievable for the job they did and far less than the other 4 estimates. I would highly recommend this company and not doubt for a minute that they will do an amazing job.One thing I would strongly suggest that if you need siding and windows in addition to the roof, definitely go with 5STAR Exteriors. These two companies worked hand in hand to do a job far beyond our expectations. They paid attention to the little things and made us feel as if they were taking care of our home like they would take care of their own home.This company worked independently, and we trusted them in and outside of our home. It is hard to see the roof but we chose Max *** Burnt Sienna that looks amazing with the Mountain ***** Siding and Provia Endure Windows. Sincerely, **** and **************

  We had our new roof installed on 7/31/24 in ******** **. We were VERY pleased with Pioneer Roofing. All aspects of the work were exemplary great craftsmanship, courteous and hard working employees, complete clean up including dumpster delivery and removal. Our experience was 5 stars start to finish. We've gotten many compliments from our neighbors. Thank you ***** and Pioneer Roofing!

  ***** and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof and 5 others on our street! When the neighbors saw the crew working and the final result, they all hired Pioneer! We have all been extremely pleased with our roofs.
