      Scheduled appointment for service on my daughter's car ,when car was diagnosed they wouldn't give an estimated repair price just kept telling me hourly rate but no estimates even after I all but begged for something even close to price of repair.are people just supposed to say go ahead and rape me

      Went 2 months ago to get oil change. Waited 3 hours when left oil smell in car they left the capp on Hood had oil all over. Called I was heated mad. Made me feel like it was my fault. They had kids working the car. No supervisory. Went back made a apt that day oil changed. Appointment for
      Recall they said would take 2 to 3 hours 5 hours later tried to call they hu phone 3xxs. So went over there. Not done maybe tomorrow so we took truck home 3 minutes of driving flat tire. Never have had issue with tire before ? Called to see what happened hung up phone 4 times. There service there in terrible. Always claiming lack of workers then don't schedule services if can't keep..

      Arrive on time for my service appointment. Was told I would need to leave the vehicle for 3 days and no loaner was available. Service person Erica Sanchez was rude didn't care non apologic for the inconvenience of having to take a day off and drive 60 miles for nothing. I will never purchase another car for Mike Bass Ford. They show no respect for their customers and no respect for Ford employees.
