      Last week at 2pm they were going to charge 75$.00 to come and lite my furnace at that scheduled time then they called me back and said he was late and would be there at 3:30pm so I said yes he can still 'come by. I explained that my baby was sick that it was very cold in here . That it was fine for him to still get here that day then at 3:30 I kept waiting by the door and no one ever knocked. Then I kept going to check the door and check on my sick baby . Then finally I called them after a few days I thought they'd call to come again ! And when I called today to ask simply if they can come out and I've never had this service before she was extremely rude telling me they knocked on all my windows ! I only live in a 1 bedroom I can hear if somebody knocks just fine nobody did . It's not even far at all I drive past ****** daily for work. She said it's far for gas there not wanting to even set me up to get it lite and it's freezing in here for my baby child. I would like them to resolve and come out
