    Had an alignment done by a1 auto in sidney, my car came out with several inches of toe and incorrect placement of upper control arms. They billed me way over the going rate for alignments and charged a fee for correction of a control arm which was an incorrect diagnosis. I went back to have them redo the alignment they then tried to double charge me after redoing the alignment to correct an incorrect service. We tried disputing the claim with the facts that they asked me personally to recorrect the control arm and they would align it never noting that this would be a new charge. They then proceeded to come out the gate by being unprofessional claiming that what they asked me to do was wrong and calling me incompetent.

    In reading his complaint; it`s full of lies.

    he states came out with several inches of toe.  For one, not possible.  Next, its not true.  He received a printout of  his alignment, it was correct. 

    Next, he states WE incorrectly  installed parts.  They were HIS, installed by him, clearly noted on his repair order.  We attempted to fix them, according to HIS  work, at his request,  but had no information,  because again, they were his, installed by him. 

    He  authorized the work, and we did it per his word.  He was NOT overcharged.

    He then took it home and I advised him to install the parts correctly, as he did it initially wrong.

    AGAIN,  he has lied about every part of this.

    Are you at the BBB even getting info?  Like his RO?


    And as I stated earlier, he and his brother went behind the desk, took the keys,  and STOLE the car without paying.  I have three witnesses.
