      First this company will call you from what appears to be a local number or coming from the state you live in. Most likely they are masking their number so you will answer. Then when you speak to any of their employees (and I have spoken to several) they go back in forth from reading their script of we understand your situation to talking down to you and telling you have no choice but to deal with them. And when you try to explain that you don't have a lump sum to pay them or that you can't afford their payment amount then they still talk down to you. It is not until you agree to pay the amount they want that they talk to you nice. I understand that I defaulted on some debt and that they are doing a job, but treat people like people and not like you are better than them. If you are a company trying to collect a debt, I would encourage you to go with anyone other than this company. I also understand that my review probably won't mean much for their rating and I don't normally leave reviews, but I have very strong feelings that this is not a good company and does not have any compassion.

      Absolutely horrible company to do business with. I called and spoke to Jasmine and was unable to come to an agreement. So I asked could I please speak to her manager, who wanted $283.84 per month.

      THE SUPERVISOR ABSOLUTLY REFUSED TO COOPERATE AND COME TO ANY KIND OF AGREEMENT. She just wanted to have a shouting match and talk over me. She finally calmed down a bit when I calmly told her, I understood her, but did not appreciate her constantly talking over me and not giving me a chance to speak.

      She stated several times that she would let her client know that I was refusing to work with them. I explained that I am more than willing to cooperate, but that I do not have that kind of money, and am doing everything I can to see where we can cut back on other bills to pay them a bit more.

      She then demanded a checking and routing number to start drafting $283.84 a month for the next 12 months. She also reminded me that the call was being monitored and recorded more than once, but refused to provide me with a reference number when I asked for it, and instead kept changing the subject.

      If I could leave lower than 1 star I would. Joe ****** spoke to me in a very derogatory and accusatory tone. He was rude and talked to me in a way that felt very attacking. I explained I simply wanted some sort of email or letter before setting up arrangements and was told they get told that all the time and they were just interested in setting up payments. I explained I did not live at the address listed and so I had not received anything from them the debt I owe. He then attacked me by basically saying "you know you took out this debt and avoided it so why do you need a letter if you acknowledge you owe it." I informed him I was willing to stay on the phone so they could send me an email with documentation of how to set up the payment and he started to make excuses saying they only had 1 person in office who did those and that he did not want to make me late. Joe kept telling me he did not mean to sound rude or pushy, but that's exactly how he was. Not a great way to offer customer service as a manager or supervisor.

      I was contacted on a vehicle that the company I purchased from told me I can return with no issues. I later received a phone call with NES. I also never approved of my account being sold and information being given to other ppl. very unprofessional. The law states without my authorization
      company's like you are not allowed to contact me in anyway.... I suggest you guys stop before I involve an attorney and it's no threat just leave me alone!

      I am just here to leave remarks of one of my recent exchanges with the team over at NES.
      Nicole Rizzo is the reason for the 1 star review. Her approach to our conversation on the phone was that she was in a position to talk down to me. Me, the person calling in to pay a bill. I left the conversation feeling like Nicole Rizzo talks to customers like they are inferior people. I left the conversation that day, months ago, feeling pretty awful about myself. And still have not been able to forget about that phone call.
      I filed formal complaints with the compliance department. There has been no follow up on the incident. So, the aggressive and demeaning phone call occurred. I filed a formal complaint. And that was it! No follow up or responsibility taken on behalf of NES. It was ignored and swept under the rug. Until they receive the notification from this complaint.
      Just leaving a review of my experience on every outlet I legally can.
      You should not talk to people like they are less of a person for having a debt. Its 2022. You are not better than anyone else.

      We can expect an automated response to these complaints. See below!

      I already did the part where you call in and talk to the compliance department. And they did nothing in response to the employee Nicole ******* awful attitude and demeanor. It shows they do not take complaints seriously.
      The response above is clearly automated. I even put it as part of my original complaint because this response was both cold, and extremely predictable. This company cannot be bothered with a response from an actual person. This reinforces that this National Enterprise Systems does not take customer complaints seriously. Even when filed directly with the compliance department.
      So this complaint will go unresolved and remain on their company profile for eternity.

      The company called me every morning for 5 months. Asking for a money amount of $4000 usd. After paying them the money I asked for an emailed receipt. They lied to me saying they would get the receipt to me a few hours later. I’ve now waited on a zero balance receipt for two days. After speaking to a manager I’ve still not received a receipt for paying off a debt in full. Why?
