    After being out of heat for over a week when our home warranty assigned us a TERRIBLE provider, who not only ordered the wrong part for our furnace, but was also unresponsive, we were assigned to Roy Mechanical. That same day Roy Mechanical sent over a technician, Daniel, who got our unit up and running again. Daniel was competent, friendly, and explained in very understandable terms what the problem was, how he was fixing it, and how to prevent it in the future. I was extremely satisfied with the service we received from Roy Mechanical and would recommend them, and Daniel, to anyone with heat or air conditioning issues.
