    On July 24,2024, I went to Mr. Chicken, I receive the most rudest customer service, Her name was Rebbca, she was very nasty at the drive through, at 7:56pm, I ask did they have any meal deals, because it dose not show up on the menu, Rebbca ask me did I want a 6c, and I ask was that with just the Chicken, and in the rudest way she said NO, it comes with 2mash potatoes and you choose one other side. So she said what your other side, I said okra, Rebbca said, NO, Okra is not a side a side choose mac and cheese or one of are other sides, She was very nasty at the drive through to me, and Teri the Supervisior is also very nasty, so I figure Rebbca see Teri treating customer nasty, she figure she can do the same, This is my first time putting in a order for my husband. When I go to the drive through with him i hear how nasty Teri the Supervisior speak. If i paid 48.89, on a meal I should be treated with respect, the chicken was raw, and also still order a side of okra and the forgot, I will not be going back to this location the are so nasty to customer, I'm done with this location, bad customer service and food chicken was pink, just a waste of my hard earn money.

    ***** ****** went to Mr. Chicken at 1415 S Green Rd in South Euclid on 7/24/24. We received the complaint shortly thereafter. We spoke with our employees in question a few days later to get their version of what happened. It was determined that ***** was entitled to a complete refund for the meal. A gift card was issued on Monday 8/5/24 for $50 and mailed via USPS on 8/6/24. 

Mr. Chicken is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
