    MY AND BOTH SPOKE TO JESSICA IN BILLING HER DEPOSITON WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HER LACK OF UNDERSTANDING ON HOW TO RESLOVE THE ISSUE SHE SEEM TO HAVE NO INTEREST I GAVE ALL THE MEDICAL CARDS THEY ASKED FOR AT THE TIME OF VISIT THIS WAS MY 2ND TIME BEING AT THIS OFFICE AND HAD NO OTHER ISSUES REGARDING BILLING UNTIL JUST 2 YRS AGO THEY ARE THE ONES THAT DROPPED THE BALL AND DID NOT MAKE THE RIGHT COPIES OF ALL CARDS OR BILL THE CORRECT INSURANCE. JESSICA WAS COMPLETELY OUT LINE WITH THE UNITED HEALTH CARE REP AS WELL AS MY WIFE AND MYSELF THAT TRIED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES. THIS HAPPEN THURSDAY 1/25/24 AND 1/29/24 HOW CAN YOU HAVE SOMEONE WORK AT A MEDICAL OFFICE BUT IT WAS SO MEAN AND DISPRECTFUL AND OUT OF LINE SHE OUT TALKED US OVER TALKED YEILD AGGRESSIVELY WAY OUT OF LINE.
