    If I could give zero stars I would! Dan is a real piece of work! He installed Christmas lights for me this year. Never again! He is so unprofessional that he cannot return phone calls or texts! Rude rude rude! I have been trying to get the Christmas lights removed since January 4th. It is now Valentine's Day! ***?! He finally texted me back after I left a scathing review on *********. He immediately sent me a text saying he had been very sick. I understand that people get sick but were fingers broke and mouth taped? Stupid me worked very hard with ********* to take down the negative review and he is still blowing me off! He texted last night and said he would be here today. I am still waiting! I have no patience for scammers and liars! I am done! It should not take over 6 weeks of contacting a so called place of business to come and complete the job! I feel he needs to give half my money back as he only completed half the job. Absolutely ridiculous! I am on my way out to take them down myself!
    Paid $200 for Christmas light installation and removal. Lights were installed in early December. It is February 14th and the lights still have not been removed. Seeking $100 refund because only half the service was completed. It is quite obvious that the company is not coming back to complete the job.

    My offer is to come tomorrow to take the lights down. Today we ran into some unexpected issues and I wasn’t able to make it. I can be there tomorrow to take them down but will not refund $100 due unforeseen circumstances.  We are talking about Christmas lights this is not an emergency.
