      In the summer of 2024 Fahey Roofing provided an estimate to replace roofing, damaged substructure, gutters and gutter guards.
      The original contract had the 22-gauge metal which is substandard. No mention of replacing the deteriorated facia before hanging the gutters.
      Fahey corrected the estimate for 26 gauge metal for the entire project the quote 12692.00.
      Fahey finally arrived with 2 crews. The crew on the front of the home were not competent, the crew on the back side of the house were nonnative and superior to the front crew. The job proceeded until they ran out of material. They had removed the roofing, did not tarp but put paper on. Daniel assured us the roof was watertight until the metal arrived. While waiting for the material to finish the sun porch many heavy rains occurred causing water and mold damage with water pouring from the ceiling where the sunporch is attached to the main structure. Fahey's response was we will provide paint. This was unacceptable. The finally agreed to replace part of the ceiling. The mold is covered but never dealt with and is still a very big concern.
      Now the main house has numerous water leaks and the gutter on the front has blown off causing more damage because the incompetent crew installed a 20 foot section of gutter and gutter guard is twisted and destroyed causing damage to the new roofing. The contract has a 5 year workmanship warranty and a full guaranteed coverage for 250,000.00. At this time we expect Fahey to make all repairs in a timely manner including adding the ice breakers. Time and material are Fahey's responsibility. We have called and called to no avail. The final cost was 18395.00.
      At this time Fahey needs to refund the 18395.00, we can then find a competent contractor, or make all repairs and replacements of material now laying in the yard!!

      Fahey came out to replace the vents in my attic due to my house not cooling well and current vents not working and said it would resolve my issue as I had plenty of insulation in my attic. They came and did the job and told me to wait at least a week to see if it was working. I called three weeks later as I’ve been out of town for work to tell them my issue has not been resolved. I have called three times to speak to someone about the problem to have them come back out and fix it. They have not called me back and it has been almost four weeks.

TO OUR KNOWLEDGE SHE HAS NOT CALLED HERE RECENTLY AND LAST PERSON TO SPEAK TO HER WAS SHAUNA( OFFICE MANAGER) AND SHE WAS TOLD THAT **** HAD BEEN OUT OF TOWN FOR 3 WEEKS WITH NO CELL SERVICE. THEY DISCUSSED THE INVOICE DUE AND SHAUNA TOLD HER SHE WOULD LET THE ESTIMATOR KNOW OF HER ISSUE. THANK YOU!

      My name is **** ****** with a complaint against Fahey Roofing and Contracting. I need the case mentioned in the subject line to be reopened. The reasoning is that Fahey has failed to fix the issue with my vents and their office ladies don’t know what the guys do outside the office so I’m waiting forever for a call back or not even getting a call back until I call them again. It’s been a month before they sent someone out to check my intake vents to make sure they weren’t blocked by anything.

      Hello,

       

      all issues have been resolved a couple months ago. We are now waiting for warmer weather to see if the venting system is in accordance with venting specs per manufacturer guidelines.

      On 4/26/24 I signed a contract for Fahey contractors to replace my siding and a custom chimney cap for $10,600.00. Date of 6/13 scheduled for siding to be installed.
      No show 6/13 and 6/14.
      Project starts 6/17- ran out of supplies. Multiple areas brought to project managers attention that needs corrected.
      No show 6/18 , 6/19, 6/20.
      6/21- “finished” siding. Specifically asked if custom chimney cap was placed. They said yes. I informed them back siding looks wavy and dented.
      7/8- I had drone video taken of chimney cause chimney cap looks bent and jagged. Sent video to owner. He said cap was never placed. Was already paid $1500.
      7/11- cap was placed but back of house still looks wavy/ bent. Foreman states he doesn’t know why it’s like that.
      I have told the company- project manager and owner that I am very displeased with how the siding is wavy/bent. Nothing has been done. They disregard what I am telling them. I feel like the company is crooked and tries to take peoples money without giving them the services they pay for. Absolutely horrible experience. I’m requesting a partial refund since they ignore the fact that the siding is incorrect.

      May Price 500.00 dollars. Fixing corner of house. Put one wrong piece of siding on house does not match the other siding just need one piece of siding or going to court to get money back
