    I ordered traction bars on May 27th. A month later I texted asking about my order and was told they just started to make parts for it. Another month went by and I was told they should be starting on my order the first week of August and if powder and everything goes well it would take about a week or 2 for them to be finished. August 7th I was told the kit was in fab. Over 2 months have gone by and I have heard nothing else, despite repeated attempts to get in touch with them. If this business is not prepared to fulfill orders, they should stop accepting them. I would like a full refund or my kit delivered ASAP.

    I purchased traction bars on the date 2/9/24 and have yet to receive them I was told back in March that it would only be a 3 month turnaround I have talk to miles on the phone and he is very nice but everytime he keeps making excuses on why they have not been made yet and they are busy mind you they have been paid (*****) dollars the order number is 4727 we have been trying to reach out to miles with no reply will I ever get them ?

    We are sorry for the wait thus far on this order but at this current point the kit is built and at powder coat.  We are just waiting for the kit to be completed with others.  Once its completed and picked up we will ship asap and *** tracking will be posted.

    I ordered an air bag kit for my truck in December 2023. To date I have not received the kit nor have I received an estimated ship date. I have emailed, called, and messaged this company on Facebook but all correspondence is ignored. My order number is 4573.

    I have already replied to customer with following message:

    I'm sorry for not getting back to you but it's not intentional.   We are extremely busy to say the least and we are currently welding up tons of air bag brackets.  Looking up your order those parts are scheduled for completion and with welding I presume they will be done with powdercoating in the next couple weeks.

    I email updates as soon as they're available and also tracking for ups is assigned as well.

    On 02/28/2023 I purchased a 4 link kit for my 2014 Ram **** order # ****. There website listed and still lists this this item as in stock I also called and talked to Miles at Flight Fab and he assured me I'd see my kit in 4 weeks . Now 11 months later many phone calls and many excuses I still have no kit. I tried getting my money back but was going to pay a penalty. Now the phone goes unanswered

    Customer order is complete and in line for shipping.  We are extremely busy with work building these custom kits and are shipping as fast as possible.  *** tracking and status update on this order will post Monday when *** picks this kit up with other orders shipping out.
