    In mid April of 2025, I
    met ***** ********, who told me she was a licensed cosmetologist and could
    provide me with high quality hair extensions. There are many events leading up
    to the main event, which occurred on Tuesday, June 17. I will tell the story in
    chronological order. 

    In mid April, I met
    ***** at her booth-rent salon, which she has since moved from. This was located
    at **** * ********** ***** ********** ** *****. I consulted with her, and she
    told me she was a licensed cosmetologist and could provide me with professional
    sew-in hair extensions. We scheduled an appointment to install and I ordered
    the extensions. 

    On the morning of my
    install appointment, she texted me that she forgot to order the extensions on
    time, and was not sure if they would arrive before the appointment. They ended
    up arriving on time, so I showed up to the salon. She removed my tape - in extensions
    (I am dealing with hair loss and was looking for an alternative to the tape
    ins). After removal, she took the new sew-in extensions out of the box, which
    were the complete wrong color. I am suspicious that she ordered the wrong color
    on purpose, but I cannot prove this. She then told me that she could reorder
    the correct color for free, or we could dye them an exact color match with
    permanent dye for an additional $200. Since my other extensions were already
    removed and I did not want to go in public without my hair, I agreed to pay the
    $200. The initial dye match looked great.
