    I own a childcare center and had 2 teachers accompanying 12 children to kid clubhouse. Upon arrival they were turned away because they were told they could not accommodate the group(12 children). After notification from my staff I called and asked to speak with a manager(Bethany)I initially asked what the capacity of children the facility could hold and was told 278. I then asked if they had 278 children there and was told they did not. I asked Bethany if they were not at capacity why weren’t the children allowed in the facility. She then said that there was group already coming in, I again asked if that group would put them at capacity she said no, but would let me speak to a higher up because she was only the assistant manager. Alexis(manager) got on the phone and I was told that I was not told correctly that the maximum children they could have was 50 because of seating and rooms etc. I told her that while there was only 12 children we didn’t require any special accommodations that the children were there to free play, she apologized and said that was the policy. I then asked if 12 children were to walk in separately would they be turned away she said no, so I then asked her to explain why our 12 children were turned away she had no other explanation other than the policy was not to allow any more groups and the staff couldn’t accommodate our group even though we did not require a special room or seating and the children would be supervised by our teachers. I told her that I would visit the next day to get a copy of that policy disallowing “groups” from entering the facility if building was not at capacity. There was no where on the website that we needed to inform them of our arrival.

    We have it listed on our FAQ page to contact us for field trip group reservations. We do this for a number of reasons: out of fairness for groups who schedule with us (to limit the number of guests at our facility who are there with field trip groups - because there is typically less supervision with field trip groups than with families (ie one adult per 6 kids for this group). We are also required to have a signed waiver on file by the parents - which your group did not have (we email a printable copy of our waiver for field trip groups which is another reason why we require people to contact us in advance). We also require advance notification so we can make a post on Facebook to let the general public know when it might be busier at our facility.
    With all due respect we have our policies in place for a reason after trial and error over the last few years. We welcome hundreds of field trip groups successfully at our facility every year and simply require advance notification so we can accommodate them appropriately. We typically only host one group at a time and since we already had a group scheduled at that time our staff was not permitted to allow any other field trip groups during that time slot.

    I have been constantly harassed by the owner of Kid Clubhouse for posting a bad review of their company. I asked the individual to stop harassing me about my review and they continued to bagger me. They made threats to come to my house and break in over a post I commented on. The behavior of the owner is what lead to the bad review in the first place, which I assure you is accurate. This person was warned that if they did not cease and desist, I would be contacting the police. The owner continued to harass me and I contacted the police. My case is currently being looked over by the prosecutor and I was advised to contact the BBB. If Owners Jeff and Tatiana C***** continue to contact me, post about me, harass me, or make any further threats, I will be seeking legal action against their company. Hopefully they will take this review seriously.

    This is factually inaccurate. We made a post on our Facebook page regarding 4 teenagers who broke into our facility that's still under construction. We posted a photo of the teens from our security camera with their faces blurred asking for help to find their parents. The individual leaving this BBB review went on a rampage on our post about how horrible we were for trying to 'out' the teens (which wasn't the case at all) and that we should just ignore the situation because "kids will be kids". We have never once messaged her at all or contacted her first in any way - we have only responded to the comments she left on our Facebook posts. We have never threatened to come in to her house at all either - that is completely fabricated. We believe that she is a parent or relative of one of the teens who broke into our facility and so she has made it her personal mission to leave negative reviews on BBB, Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc trying to tear us down. We ask that BBB remove this malicious and fake review from our account. We can submit proof of the facebook comments this individual has left us if necessary.

    Unprofessional, Makes the nastiest statements regarding any issue with their business on social media platforms, staff does nothing about children hitting other children especially if they dont “see it” said they are not responsible for the children as the parent should be watching them I wouldnt bring my dog here

    I wrote an honest review on google. The owner took my review and posted it online with a picture of a dumpster. The owner then continued to condone other adults to make fun of me and harass me because of the review. I have never seen such immature actions from a business.
