    Bryan is a true professional and answered all of my questions! He is very thorough and by far the best home inspector I have ever had after buying six homes thus far. Highly recommend!!

    I am a local realtor who highly recommends Ernst Home Inspections. Bryan and Tarran are very knowledgeable in their field of expertise. I recently purchased a home myself and chose Ernst Home Inspections because I was confident they would provide me with the information I needed to choose the best home for my family. In addition both inspectors are always willing to answer questions after the inspection that may come up. Recently a buyer who purchased at the beginning of the year had a question I couldn't answer, I reached out to Bryan while he was on family vacation and had a solid answer within minutes. It's nice to work with industry professionals who you know you can count on and trust time after time.

    Tarren was my inspector twice and each time he asks for time to finish what he is working on then he takes time to explain all of his findings. Tarren makes sure you understand everything that's going on. He frequently asks if you have any questions. Tarren does a great job of explaining in layman's terms.     Our experience with Ernst inspecting our new home was fantastic. Tarren Cozad, our inspector, was extremely friendly and thorough. Buying our first home, he explained everything to us in a way we could understand and he patiently answered any questions we had.
    Pricing was very fair with regards to the quality of the inspection. We couldn't be happier, and will definitely use Ernst again the next time we need to.
