I have a package (the size of a book) that was delivered by UPS to a business that closed. I took the book to the UPS store to have it shipped back to sender. The person in charge in that store refused to assist me because my business was not resulting in a cash transaction. She refused to allow another employee in the store to assist me, even though he wanted too (but was told DO NOT). I am still in possession of a book that is not mine. I am in the next office and UPS left the package at the wrong address and now will not return to sender. I was simply trying to help get a package returned to sender. I still need help from UPS to do that.

I have gone to the link but it is not letting me fill in blanks.
I wish to update you:  No, I did not hear from the business at all.  The business did not attempt in any way to make an effort to correct their treatment of me.  They are the only UPS Store in Springfield that I am aware of and they refused a return to sender package.  I did talk to ******** ******* (the package sender) and they said their packages provide for paid return to sender through UPS.  However, the store in Springfield where I tried to return the item that was not even mine told me they would not take a package unless there was paid shipping by me.  Not only did the person in charge provide awful service; she was rude and instructed another employee to NOT help me.
I am not satisfied at all.
    Thank you,
    ******* *******
