I prepaid everything ahead of my mother's passing. When she died I contacted Drake Monuments Co. to do the death date on her grave site. I was told they do not accept prepayments. However, I showed her my paid recipt and she said prices had going up and they could not do that work for the $120.00 already paid. I told her I had already paid I would not may anything additional.

We found the paperwork for ***** **** *****, I have sent this to the gentleman that does the final engraving on Aug. 23, 2021 and again on Apr. 14, 2022. I am sending it again today Feb. 22,2023. We will recognize the payment of $120.00.I hope this will take care of the problem.We only take the money and information and then sent to the company that acually does the work. I am not sure when it will be done but he only works Mid March thru mid Nov.
