On Thursday October 3 Steve and I agreed to a price of $1300 to cut down two tree's, clear brush and small bushes from the back left area of my yard, remove stumps, but up wood for firewood that I would get rid of and clean up. I paid the fee Friday October 5 they are suppose to come back after I&M marks the area to dig. Found out from my neighbor Connie they didn’t finish her job she paid them $500 which included trimming a tree I paid them to cut down. They left wood in her yard and trash in both of our yards. I have not filed anything in court but I plan to Wednesday. Had I check to see what they’re reviews were like I wouldn’t have did business with them. Not finishing a job is a pattern of behavior for them.

The date of the transaction is 08/13/2024. True Touch tree was in our neighborhood working. They came to me and asked if 1 needed any tree work. I had a tree we needed to take down, grind the stump, and remove all debris. The True Touch supervisor gave us a price of $2500 for what we requested and we agreed for the work which they could start immediately. The tree was taken down that day, and they cleaned up the limbs and debris. The supervisor told us that the grinder for the stump would be in repair until the first of September. They also said they would bring in dirt to fix the damage to our lawn, front yard and back. Their equipment also left rubber tracks all over our driveway for which I had to purchase a special cleaner to get it off the concrete. It stripped the sealer off the driveway which I had just put on last year. I had to also buy the new sealer, stripper and application to install the sealer. We have had to find someone else to grind the stump at $450. True Touch originally told us that their grinder was in repair, but after I called three times to see if it could be scheduled, they were impossible to contact. On August 13 after the tree was cut and the limbs cleaned up they left and we never heard back from them. I called three times, and the last time I was hung up on. We have read a number of other complaints about the same kind of deception - someone else was approached by the supervisor who said they were working in the neighborhood, just like we were approached. They also had the job not finished, and they could not contact True Touch. Since I was quoted $2500 for the job in full, I am asking for a partial refund for the cost of hiring my own stump grinder and fixing the damage to the driveway. 1 am fixing the lawn myself. I never received any kind of receipt or invoice for the work done. I am asking 450.00 for the cost of the stump grinding which we were quoted by Boros Stump Grinding, and $190.18 for the cost of fixing the driveway damage, for a total of $640.18. If this amount is repaid, I will not file any more complaints about True Touch, online or elsewhere. See Attached

In December of 2023, we were approached by True Touch Tree & Property Maintenance, LLC. They stated they were working on a neighbors trees and quoted us to cut down two large trees, grind their stumps and trim an additional tree. We agreed on a price of $5200 to have the work completed. During this process we have called them multiple times to communicate complaints but do not hear back from them on either of the numbers listed on their business cards. These complaints include: - leaving over 15ft of stump in tact when they agree to cut all the wood down to 18 inch or less logs - leaving trash on our property including chicken bones all over our backyard where our dog has access to - damaging an exhaust vent on our roof and failing to fix it after being notified - dumping wood shavings on our property that includes a large truck tire and un-ground stumps - leaving tools all over our driveway, porch, and back patio over night and unattended. This included chain saws that leaked oil all over our concrete work We were asked to pay in cash at the end of each day they worked so the owner could pay his team. At the end of the second day, we paid for all the work with the agreement that True Touch would return first thing in the morning and complete the rest of the work. The remaining work included cutting up large trunks into firewood sized chunks. These trunks are 64" in diameter and over 15' long. True Touch has failed to respond to phone calls or showed up to complete the work. Since then we have had to rent tools and spent an entire weekend doing work that we paid them to do. We will now have to hire another company to finish the work we cannot complete on our own. I have tried on numerous occasions to call Steve, the owner and get this resolved but I am not getting any communication. After talking with several other past customers, this appears to be the way that True Touch does business. I regret doing business with them as it has cost me lots of money and time.

True Touch was cutting down a neighbors tree. I asked them for a quote to trim some dead limbs from my trees. They quote me $2500 to remove on tree & the dead limbs. ***** ** **** told me another tree was dieing by the street and they would cut it down and clean it up for $1000. I agreed. They cut down two trees on 3/5/23 and asked for $2000so he could pay his men. They left one tree on my neighbors property across the street. They ran out of time and were to return on the 6th. They worked finishing up at my neighbors house the 6th and said they would be at my house the 7th. I told them that we wouldn't be home the 7th and he said they would be back the 8th. They didn't show up the 8th so I called and Mr. ***** said they would be back Saturday the 11th. they again didn't show. I called both number and left messages but no one returned my calls. **** *. ***** said his name is Steve and he lived in Avon, IN. The Springfield, OH address I put on this form is what they used when they applied to get accredited as an LLC business. That was 5/24/21.

I'm now going to have to hire another tree trimming company to remove the tree from my neighbors property. I've got two $500.00 bids
