We were happy with quick service and the assurance given by company concerning drilling a well. They had done some in area with success and were confident no issues. On day of drilling we were told they had hit water, low producing but just needed to connect to house. On day to have that done, the tech says it is bone dry. After calling company contact back, he then said it was a difficult area to drill in considering lay of land and Underground layers - none of which was presented at initial meeting. Had we heard that info, we would not have risked $8000. Communication was entirely misleading so they could make a sell, and then of course they can always fall back on “it’s never a guarantee to hit water”… oh and they didn’t mention a discount if paid in cash. Our experience was dreadful and 1 star is too much.

Thank you for your communication regarding the work completed at your home. It is always our very top priority to provide the best customer service possible to all of our customers. That is why we were up front prior to drilling about communicating the possibility of a low producing well in your particular geographic area. Our drillers submitted their reports at the end of the drilling day stating that the sustainable yield was low and undeterminable at the time. They were able to confirm that no contradicting information was provided on site or after. Once drilling was completed, the pump crews determined the viability of the well based on its production and the capability of keeping up with a pump system. We do understand, entirely, the frustration of not being able to find a water source to feed a family residence. Though it is not our typical practice, it was a very easy decision for us to provide a 10% discount on the work completed as we understand that you will have to seek out alternative options for a water source. We made it a priority to get this sent out to you right away. Additionally, we would like to offer our services to abandon the existing well that is not usable by sealing it, removing casing and submitting proper documents to the state and county. Typically, there is an additional charge for this service but we will waive all costs associated with abandoning the well. Please contact us to schedule a time that is best for you.
