  I have been going there 10 years and have no problem until they moved to their new location because I had to change appointments and missed one because of my mother's death they won't allow me to schedule any appointments but I can call I. Everyday to see if they have an opening. I have 2 broken teeth i finally saw the dentist he said I needed 3 crowns and a crown repair. They submitted it to.my insurance after I called 2 weeks after my appointment , I was approved for all of the above now then won't schedule me to have the procedures done I have to call everyday to try and get in. This has been going on now for 8 weeks. They lied and said they didn't get the approval but I called my insurance and they told me they had gotten it the 1st time I called, 2 weeks prior. Here i set with very bad pain hopeing I don't get a infection because i have a pace maker. Please
  I just wish they would be held accountable for treating people so badly. I HIGHLY recommend that you go somewhere else. I am on Medicaid and there are only 2 places in our county that accept it. I now have to look somewhere else and start all over praying that nothing seriously happens

  On Wednesday Dec. 4. 2024 I went for my appointment wit Steubenville Dental Studio to see about getting a lower partial bridge made and after several X-Rays and conversations with both the dentist and his staff I was quoted a price of $2,300.00 to be made in 3 payments of $766.67 each. My first visit I had one tooth pulled and a temporary crown put on another one and I paid my $766.67. On my second visit 12/30/2024 I had a permanent crown put on and more X-Rays taken and at the completion of the visit the Dentist came in again and we had more talk about the bridge and what it would be like. Then he informed me that he would have to check out front and see if the girls had charged me for the bridge yet! Within a minute of so the staff came back with papers for me to sign costing me another $1,400.00 on top of the $2,300.00 we already agreed on if I wanted a bridge. This was never explained to me before and I told them I would NEVER have had anything done if I had known that before hand but I had no choice but to get it now or do without. They might not agree but this is as close to Sharp Business practice as it gets.
  I only hope this complaint helps some other 85 year old person on a fixed income from having it happen to them.
  I give them a 1 Star rating only because of the staff being very helpful.
