    $2800 was paid to ******* ********* which is also part of remodeling solutions.This was on or about May 20,2022.They came and installed approximatly 12 wooden privacy fence panels by boards.This was not noticed until my brother came and looked at the work they did and it was installed flush on the ground which intime would rot.I phoned Amy who was the one who came out and sold the fence to me and she connected with the person incharge who said will come out some day and look at it.I sent 3 text messages to ask when they were coming with no response.I finally sent one today which is August 12,2022 and i know it was because I said I was contacting my lawyer did they finally call me.On July 30 I hired someone to dig out under the fence and place bricks under it so it is not touching the ground.This cost me another $550.00.In the phone conversation he said he had me on a schedule to come tomorrow.He would not have said this if I did not text earlier about my lawyer..I also called with in this time limit and they would not answer my phone calls.I feel I should be refunded the $550.00 that I had to pay to get this fence corrected because honestly,I feel they were blowing me off and was not going to do anything until I mentioned my lawyer then suddenly I was on their schedule but I was never notified of this.He said he could not do anything about it because I already got it fixed.

    We are responding to complaint number ********. We spoke with the customer and have already resolved the issue the customer. We went back out to the customers home and fixed the issues she was having with her fence. Please let us know if there is anything more you may need from us.
