    Sunjoy Industries has been great to me. I think a lot of these bad reviews are due to the fact they are truly based in Singapore and this is where their customer service folks are. Because of this the phone support is tough but their online support is actually above average. They are friendly and responsive.
    I ordered a large metal Gazebo from Sunjoy direct. When it arrived; the shipping company showed up with it on the pallet upside down and the box had damage to it. I was immediately frustrated and contacted Sunjoy customer service to send it back for a new one. I was even more frustrated they did not respond for a week until I learned it was a heavy Singapore holiday week. Once they got back to me, they were very responsive back and forth on their chat/email tool. They asked me to open up the box and see if all the parts were there and if any damaged and that instead of me returning the whole thing; they would replace any damaged parts and refund me $500 for my trouble; which was a win/win for both of us.
    After inspecting it, only two pieces were scratch which they replaced, and they also issued me the $500 refund as they promised.
    Since then, I had some other questions on extras I could order to accompany this gazebo and again they were very responsive. What customers need to realize is the time difference. The best is to send them a message from the US in the evening and you'll have an answer in the morning or if you are up late you can go back and forth with them. I highly recommend the chat/email support as opposed to calling on the phone.
    The product itself is top quality and very easy to build based on the instructions. I built most myself and had two other guys come over just to lift the roof then finished it off. We love their products.

    Worst product and worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your time buying their junk. I had my canopy up for two months last summer and this summer I put it up and it has a huge tear. I contacted the company and Vivian L** totally ghosted me after she asked me a million questions.

    AWFUL customer service and terrible, non-existent warranty!!!!!! I wish I had seen the warnings previous to purchase. I spent $2000 on a metal roof gazebo, only to have it rust within months and that rust transfer to my brand new deck. As per other comments I spent weeks trying to resolve this situation but it was a waste of time! I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE FROM SUNJOY AGAIN!! They should be ashamed..

    The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered the incorrect size, asked to exchange for the correct size and I was informed that because I didnt have the original box it shipped in, that I cannot return the replacement cover. I will NEVER BUY FROM SUNJOY AGAIN!

    This is an awful company to buy anything from. I received a Gazebo from them that was rusted and missing parts and have been fighting with them for 3-4 years to even get parts. Its honestly so stressful or horrible products & customer service. I would NEVER BUY from them again.
