    Have done business with them for 13 years, since I’ve been old enough to file taxes and was never dissatisfied with their service until today. Wasn’t even upset last year when they were too busy to get us scheduled in the time frame we needed. But this year we attempt to return and upon my wife calling in a couple weeks ago she was told since we didn’t use them last year we could not schedule an appointment. (Remember this next part)That all we could do was drop off paperwork and they would get to them when they had the chance. This was ok with us. But today I call in to make sure we had everything they needed and its all going fine until Nyla chimes in the phone call from the background with an unnecessary amount of attitude. Refusing to do any business with us do to us not using their service last year. I tried to explain that the only reason we did not use them last year was because they were to busy to service us in the time frame that we financially needed. Now all of a sudden his exact answer was “Well I guess we are too busy to do them this year too”. We could no longer even drop the paperwork off either like discussed in a prior phone call. So in short despite 13 years of business together and a prior verbal agreement to do them this year. That since they could not schedule an appointment less than 2+ months out last year Nyla rudely refused for us to ever return. I mean uncharacteristically rude for no reason. I was calm and polite all the way to the end when I said “Ok, I guess, goodbye.” and hung up. I never would have expected that kind of tone or obstinance from her in a million years and probably wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t experienced it myself.
