  I contacted Premier in July of 2023, Chris Watson was our sales representative and installer. He was very nice, friendly we were able to negotiate a fair price and he did a really nice job. A little less than 2 years later I started seeing new cracks forming, some in new places and some where the carbon fiber was installed. I called Premier and Chris answered the phone and came out the next day to look. He did offer a solution of installing an anchor at no charge and would periodically stop by to tighten it.
  Here is where the review drops. About 20 minutes after Chris left, his boss and owner Ed calls yelling at me. Absolutely bitching that I had the nerve to complain. That I was questioning their work and every other company but his was "scum". He was incredibly rude, constantly interrupted and talked over me. Then said he was going to fire Chris because it's now his fault. I strongly voiced my opinion against those actions, I would not want anyone to loose their job, especially without warrant. After arguing with him he decided he would come out and inspect. Ed came out and immediately put the blame on the way the house was built. Bragged about how he's been a Mason for many years, he is an absolute professional and my house was built wrong. (The house was built in 1958). I showed him the cracks and his response was "that's normal, that's not significant enough", I said it's been less than 2 years that this was installed and he said "soil moves so the walls will continue to shift". Which means your carbon fiber is installed incorrectly, unto he went off on another tangent. His solution was to cut out several blocks in the wall install rebar and repour the wall with a wall anchor in place. I have since spoke with their product company, StablWall and their parent company. They offered to install additional carbon fiber but it would have to be either Ed or Chris from Premier. They would not entertain any refund only to install more carbon fiber. Use someone else.

  I would be careful with choosing this company to do work in your home. The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I had a 10 year warranty that transferred to me as a new home owner. Cracks started forming in our foundation. When we contacted this company with our warranty his response was the previous owner did not do what should have been done, when asked why he would warranty work that was not done properly to fix the problem he became rude to us. After contacting a lawyer we were told we had a case and the warranty is valid. Instead of going that route and potentially losing more money we chose to fix the problem with another company costing me $30,000. Clearly he is crooked, does not stand behind his work and is unprofessional.
