  Our HOA hired Vizmeg as landscaper and snow removal. The quality is not good. They came and did part of the neighborhood then left. We were told it was because too many cars sitting in drive way and too much traffic. I work from home and there was not much traffic. As for cars in the driveway - if in the driveway then your driveway does not get plowed but do not penalize those who do not have cars in the driveway. This did not affect being able to shovel the side walks and porches. They came back plowed the side walk on one side of the street and left again. This is horrible customer service and we are definitely not getting quality service and we are paying for this. I would hesitate to se them if you are looking for snow removal. I have lived in other developments that had snow removal as part of the HOA and they were exceptional so am quite disappointed when I have been used to companies that provide great customer service.

I apologize for any inconvenience, and I assure you that the ***************** staff and all employees have been briefed on this occurrence and a solution to this issue has been put into motion to prevent this from happening again. The situation with the snowstorm on Friday 1/19- Sunday 1/21 was very challenging in the fact that this was a daytime snowstorm throughout Friday the 19th and there was a lot of activity throughout the neighborhood. The operator of the plow truck felt this could be a dangerous situation and we decided it would be better to come back in the early AM on Saturday to clean things up. We have since changed our approach and brought in a skid steer (which is much more maneuverable ) to plow with instead of a truck which is more difficult to maneuver in tight spaces. It was agreed upon with the ****************** that during heavy snow events we would be able to ****** snow from the street onto one sidewalk and clear the other one as this is a challenging snow removal task without many places to pile snow. This has since been discussed with the board and management company and we have developed a plan to clear both walks as much as possible. The account manager has refunded the entire cost of the plowing, shoveling, and salting event as well as the following salting event with the freezing rain on Tuesday AM.
