    $74,000 tax debt reduced to $1,000. This place ROCKS!!! IRS verbally accepted our offer in compromise, but then because departments at the IRS were not communicating with each other, (possibly because people were working from home, COVID and all...whatever) and not passing the correct information back and forth, it was officially denied. This was not something that had happened to Stauffenger before, and we knew it was going to take at least another 6 months to get this resolved. (IRS is EXTREMELY SLOW, and it actually took another 8 months) For the remainder of the case, they cut my monthly payment to them to 1/4 of what I have been paying. They resubmitted everything, we waited...and my offer was accepted. I absolutely recommend this firm. ***** and **** were amazingly helpful, kept me informed all along the way. Five stars!!!! Thank you so much for all you did for me! Love you guys!!
