      Wow. One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I will never forget their name and not for good things either. The company sent me a barrel that had a very strange wear pattern on it and looked used even though I paid for new. After back and forth communications and I mean a lot of them. After a month and a half they sent me a replacement barrel that the company sent them. They never bothered to look to see if it was the right one or not and just sent it. It was not the correct barrel and does not fit my pistol! I asked them to please send me a return label for this I was not going to pay for a return label as I'd already paid for the first return label which I should not have had to do. They then went on vacation and did not send me the label. It was nearly two months since The original charge to my credit card and I felt I had no choice because of their practices but to go ahead and do a chargeback as it was almost past the time for one! Now they are wanting me to pay the $30 fee for the chargeback? And they still have not sent me a label to send this wrong item they sent me back. No I will not pay their $30 fee I am willing to send back the wrong barrel they sent if they pay for the shipping but I'm not paying shipping I already did that once on the bad product they sent me, and I shouldn't have had to. All I want is my money back and I will do any means at my disposal to legally accomplish that goal. I really want them to pay for the shipping I already paid also as I never should have had to pay that but I'll settle for a complete refund on the charge! I have pictures of all communications with them as they don't email directly but choose to use their site for correspondence. I have those complete communications available if needed in screenshot form. As well as pictures of the damaged/used barrel sent The first time, and pictures of the replacement barrel that is the incorrect barrel that was also sent.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by G&R Tactical regarding complaint ID ********.  they have not reached out to me since I filed the complaint.  they had had communications before but had stopped doing so. I don't think they will be sending a response.
