  I had four (4) rooms done by this service. A one-man operation, and he took all of fifty (50) minutes to do the work. When I questioned about different areas that I did not feel were clean, the response was its fiber wear. I really cannot see a difference and was charged four hundred two ($402) dollars. This is not a service that I would ever use again, or recommend.

  I am sorry you feel like this if you need us to come back out we certainly can. When booking the appt with me I had asked how old the carpet was and when it was last cleaned you responded you moved in 4 years ago. Not sure how old the carpet is which certainly would make a difference on fiber break down of the carpeting. You had called to ask regarding your bill that you thought you were mischarged and never said anything to me regarding the cleaning and how you felt. I am aware that Joe spoke to you regarding the price breakdown. If you need us to come out please call us and we will come out for no charge and try to touch up the areas that you are concerned with.   The business advertised $99.95 for carpet cleaning. When they got to my house they said it would be $500. I told them that was not what was advertised and I was not going to pay that. The guy said he would be charging me a $45 travel fee, the literature says the travel fee is $25. HE then said he was going to charge the whole amount, I don't know what that meant.

  Already spoke to this customer and he did not even want to listen to me. I explained to him that without a coupon it would have costed him $500 for the services he wanted and the tech told him the minimum service was $45 for the cleaning which was one of our coupons for a basic steam clean. His quote was $190 it was 99.95 for the coupon and $45 for sanitizer and $45 for preconditioner for heavy traffic. I called to inquire and he was walking his dog and I tried to speak to him and he would cut me off and say he would just give me the $25. As a customer service rep if you are trying to speak to someone and explain what he was offering it seems as to me he only heard numbers and did not understand anything tech was trying to explain. We did nothing wrong I feel their was a misunderstanding. I also told him that and he said I don't need to understand what he was offering and i even told him I feel he misunderstood what tech was trying to say. When I told him he offered him a different price he never denied it. So not sure what the real issue was other than a misunderstanding. Melissa

  UNprofessional clean would be a better name. Does not honor coupons they advertise, charge you for upgrades without even explaining it to you, force you to pay BEFORE service is provided because as you can tell by every review on her and yelp he literally does nothing to clean and leaves in 20 minutes. When we called for an explaination as to why the carpets were not clean and it smelled and we paid over the coupon amount for less rooms, we got screamed at by some hot head named ***. Apparently thats the owner which is very concerning. Charge was disputed for me by credit card company and was told to report him to BBB.

  WE sent all of our documentation and would be happy to sent you all the papers we sent to the cc dispute. This customer had problem areas with her daughters former animal . WE do preauthorize cards as well then finalize transaciton. We go over all serviced before we started the work. We did steps at no charge for her she fails to state any of this to dispute company nor BBB. She was aware of the services that she would need but she declined the deep scrub which would have not made since bc you need to extract and scrub out the product in the carpets . When I offered for us to come back out her exact comment was NO I do not want you guys back out. So no idea what she is talking about a screaming session with *** when she spoke to me. She was upset about the price but never brought up the cleaning to me. Sorry for not replying to this complaint perhaps we over looked it bc at the same time we were dealing with cc dispute. The dispute ended in our favor.

  Are you kidding me! ALL of your reviews state the same thing about *** acting insane and screaming someone even called the police! I called you to mainly complain about his behavior so your denial and gaslighting is crazy and unprofessional. The coupon I had and sent you included DEEP SCRUB and he was in and out within 20 minutes he obviously didnt do it because the carpets were sopping wet with all of the same dust and dirt soaked into it. Thats NOT a cleaning thats a steaming. Just because the ** dispute went in your favor does NOT mean you won. Your business is horribly ran and you are scammers. Worst company ever and would advise everyone to STAY AWAY! Why would I want a strange man who screamed at my mother and I because we asked what he did and why it was WORSE? No thanks i dont invite that back into my home. We can keep going back and forth all day because you are WRONG and you have not one good review to prove otherwise!

  I believe I am seeing the disconnect your contract does not say you paid for a deep scrub. You used the basic steam clean coupon and skipped the deep scrub cleaning and purchased precondition and sanitizer but did not want to apply a deep scrub. And we gave you the steps for free. I will be happy to send the BBB the contract and paper work it they inform me on where to send it . Have a good day.

  Very unprofessional. *** was talking to me while scrolling on his cell phone. ***** unlimited vents, BS! Small 3 bdrm 1 ba house he said it would be over ****** to clean ducts. He said he could do it now, I asked him where is the equipment and he said in his little 2 door car. I said you dont have a truck with vac system and he said its just a vacuum canister. WTF With 3 bdrm and family rm carpet cleaning would be ****** plus total. I gladly paid him his ***** show up fee and sent him on his way. Dont waste your time Very unprofessional and **** knows your s*** wont be done right with this co. Call ******* or **** for you carpet or duct needs.

  *****, I believe you **** he landlord bc I booked your appointment. I explained to you that the $59 included the heating and ac vents if you have one thermostat, I also explained to you that you get 1 cold air return and any additional cold air return would be $25 for each one. The coupon also states main lines are priced separately. so $300 for your unit is not anything crazy for a full system flush. Our coupon also states regarding travel charge if no service is being provided. Sorry you were disappointed. The owner who was at your house said you were only looking for an estimate and it appeared you were not ready. Not really sure waht the issue is with your vulgarity. ******* charges $425 starting rate with their coupon and I have heard **** has some high prices. We use a brush and vac system also a feeder us used with a compressor so Im sure the owner didnt tell you all we use is a "vaccuum canister" that you are calling it. Have a good day. Coupon states what is included and what is also available just like I told you over the phone. I never told you that the $59 includes everything. Have a good day.

  Absolutely horrible. Should have known service would be bad when I called and scheduled. The lady was so rude and sharp. They were supposed to arrive between 9-11. He showed up in a small car at 1105-no biggie, 5 minutes. He went around to all my rooms (4 bedrooms, hallway, living room, dining room, and area rug. I didn’t watch him do the job. I figured for the $600 he was charging, he would do a good job. Boy was I wrong. He literally sprayed water on my carpet and never went back over to suck up the water. So now my dirty carpet was like having mud on it. Worse than what we started with. I am pretty sure they rented the machine from Home Depot or something. My house felt so gross after he left. I kept noticing an odor the next day and it was my carpet. Dirty wet socks. Ugh. So two days after they did their work, I shampooed it all again with my home machine. It was so bad. The water was black. I don’t know if he is lazy or just really does not know what he’s doing. Literally just one pass on my carpet to spray the water. He was out of my house before 12. So all those rooms, less than one hour. I had a coupon from valuepak, which he did not give me that price. Definitely worst carpet cleaners I have ever had.

  Not sure who individual is not sharing information what day appt was and never called to complain? We do not rent machines they are commercial grade portables. If there was an issure you would have hoped they would have called so we can rectify the situation. Melissa.

  Very poor job and charged me $20” for one room of carpeting! When I asked *** to come out and reclean the very obvious spots on my rug he sprayed some “rug brighter” and left. When I sent pictures of areas with dirty spots he actually said “what do you want me to do? I cleaned it”. I have since removed most of the stains myself..on my hands & knees with a bad back!

  The coupon is a basic steam clean she certainly needed more service to get stains out. The basic steam is a surface cleaning. We would recommend at a minimum a deep scrub to atleast give some aggitation and loosen up the dirt or stain we also offer precondtioner for heavy traffic or pet stains, which is an emulsifier to loosen stains.
