    On November 22, 2022, I had ordered two shirts from the "Baldi's Basics Official Store". The shirts did not come in after a few months, so I tried contacting the website (epicdrops.com) to provide some shipping information. Nathan L**** was the agent assigned to me, but he did nothing to help. I have tried contacting the help desk multiple times, but no one is responding. I paid $50.03 with my debit card, and my order number is #*********

    $20 of merchandise was purchased. A code was promised for exclusive game content. Code did not work upon receipt. Merchant was contacted Dec 29 with proof of invalidity, receipts, and request of corrective action. This company is giving our invalid codes, unresponsive to customer support claims, and also using misleading advertising on their products. The do not describe how minimal the odds are in actually receiving codes. My children, who are the same age as many children purchasing these products, are barely of reading age. Front of product describes a free code with purchase then a small asterisk next to it. Children do not know that means to read the fine print. It is very misleading and disheartening to them to feel scammed and know they have gambled away their money at such a young age.

    Sold my son a package with codes that were duplicated codes. The game does not allow duplicated codes. Leaving my nine year old son without his pets and in tears. He had saved for months for the purchase.

    My name is Alyssa and I am one of the Customer Support Agents for Epic Drops. We have received your letter about the above mentioned complaint. We had not received any communication from the customer about the issue with the codes. We have since contacted the customer to issue replacement codes. I am also attaching a screenshot of the email with the replacement codes to show you this. 

    Since this issue has been resolved, and in a timely manner, we are asking that the complaint please be removed. Please let me know if there is anything more needed from us at this time.
