    They did not comp!ete a good job. Found debris on floor and behind things. Did not move things from walls when cleaning . I just found mold now because not cleaning under things. Looks like just surface cleaning. Did not take heavy .things out which were damage left for a 78 year old to do. Spent only 2 hours. Did not but things back. Everything said not thier job. Job quite $1800 charge over $2100. Why more when less work. Not what I thought a restoration company is.

    Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of the situation you are experiencing. I will be reaching out for a site visit to address your concerns here. What you are stating is not consistent with the workmanship we provide. I do want to address the quote you mentioned. When we are on-site for the initial walkthrough we will never provide a final quote, but rather a ballpark number if the customer asks. We have a system that is approved and used by your insurance provider that will give us a final number, and that number is agreed on by your insurance company. I will be in touch in the next week to set up a time to come out.
