    Susana and her crew are great! We have a large school campus in Strongsville and a smaller campus in Lakewood. They keep both of our campuses looking neat and clean. Susana is very conscientious about her work and strives to satisfy her customers. Her costs are very reasonable, and I would recommend her and her crew to anyone in need of residential or commercial cleaning services. They go above and beyond!

    I just started using Solutions Cleaning LLC and could not be happier! The owner, Susana, is professional, accommodating, and very thorough in assessing the space that needs cleaning. She communicates instructions to her cleaning staff well, and the cleaners are exceptional. My house has NEVER been so clean! She also checks, as do the cleaners, to make sure I am pleased with the cleaning. Pricing is good, especially for the level of cleaning done! I recommend Solutions Cleaning most highly!!!

    Susana has been cleaning for me for 16 years! Her team rotates a bit, but she has always provided workers who are quick and friendly and honest. The house is always spotless when they are done. They always ask if there is any place in the house that needs special attention each week. Susana is always on top of the scheduling, and she is reliable, and entrepreneurial, and a smiling friendly face! Highly recommend.

    In February 2023, our office moved to a newly built 7,715 sq ft facility in Independence, Ohio. To our surprise, the contractor did not perform any cleaning before occupancy, so we hired Solutions Cleaning to perform a deep base cleaning of our new office space.
    We needed a company for weekly office cleaning with duties including trash removal, dusting, floor cleaning (vacuum and LVT cleaning), windows (office observation windows and glass doors), and breakroom/kitchen (counters, microwaves, dishes).
    Our cleaning needs required work to be done after normal work hours, so we needed to contract with a company with staff that is trustworthy, reliable and provides consistent and thorough service. We interviewed several established cleaning companies but were not comfortable with having different crews in our office space for each cleaning session.
    It has been 15 months, and we are extremely pleased with the decision to use Solutions Cleaning. The owner, Susana U., is very detail-oriented, dependable, and always a pleasure to talk to.

    We started to use Solutions cleaning through a friend’s recommendation and we could not be happier. I only regret not finding them earlier! Susana is very communicative and kind. The team always arrive on time, finish on time and the job is just amazing. Lots of attention to details. Trustworthy. They removed the stain from my standing shower which was there for 10 years. They cleaned my kids/dog soiled leather sofa to be like new! The windows are so clean, the hanging lights are spotless and the kitchen stove is impeccable. They also pay attention to getting your feedback, so feel free to communicate with them any special needs. Price is reasonale. Just A+++! I will recommend their service to anybody without hesitation.

    Solutions Cleaning did a fabulous post construction cleaning for us. Our home was a total mess when SC arrived ( on time as promised). When they left, every surface was shining. All of our wood floors, ceiling fans, shelves, molding upper and lower, inside windows and even the inside of the stove gleamed. Attention to detail was amazing. We have a collection of glass door knobs in an antique bowl and each one had been removed individually and polished. We could not have been more pleased.
    Most important, they were very affordable. We will certainly have them back.

    The team from Solutions Cleaning are wonderful. They are thorough in their cleaning and a reliable service. I have worked with them for several years and can't imagine using any other service. We have pets that we crate when they are working but pets create extra cleaning challenges and they do a great job. It highly recommend them as they are professional, meticulous and pleasant!
