    Had lip filler done and spent over $600 on a full Syringe I’ve been a customer for the past 2 years and the last time I was talked into to much and my lips couldn’t handle it. I had sooo much filler migration that I had to come back to have all of it dissolved due to it being to much. I spent so much money just to have it all removed. I talked to the owner and she will not refund. I have photos as well

    Thank you so much for reaching out! All of our team members are trained to listen to each patient’s goals and recommend the best treatment plan to achieve those goals.

    We pride ourselves and our reputation on offering the best treatments and making our customers happy.  Our goal is to meet patients’ expectations and build a plan based off of their goals and we review that plan with patients prior to treatment.

    Although it is atypical to have migration, there is no way to predict how each individual will respond to treatment. In the rare event that does happen, we do discuss possible risks with patients when they wish to proceed with additional filler prior to treatment. While we do not refund for services rendered, we do offer free follow up visits and invite all patients to visit us as their treatment sets in. We will dissolve treatments that we performed if a patient wishes at no additional cost. We always advise our patients to reach out to us directly, with any concerns or questions so we have an opportunity to provide the best experience and outcome for our patients in a timely manner.

    Messaging you back as to why I’m unhappy with Face forwards response - I had see another injector to fix my lips and remove more filler because it took face forward 4 times and they still weren’t right. I paid over $600 on filler to have it allllll removed and paid another injector to fix it. It was too much filler in the first place I was up sold I went in for only half a syringe and they had me do a whole and it migrated because there was too much and then to have 4 apt of painful dissolved injected just to have all of it removed when on their indeed it says they make commission (I work in the same industry)
