    New lease was very easy to work with. We adopted a pit/lab mix from them 5 1/2 years ago and she is the best dog ever! People need to realize that ***** is only one person and sometimes gets overwhelmed! She is very caring and loves all the animals! Instead of criticizing her why not step up to volunteer to take some pressure off of her? She does an amazing job for being the only one there. By the way, the reason ******** are not walked is because the neighbors all complain ******** do their business in their yards. Funny ******** havent been walked for a few years now and these people are still complaining about ******** using their yards as a ************* are unbelievable. ***** is doing the best she can! We support you fully *****!

    The Manager did not open door for my appointment. I was 10 mins early and she did not open door for me. I came back at 230pm on 7/24/23 on the dot for my appointment and she still didnt let me in. Very poor run rescue mission. She is NOT friendly at all. I highly recommend people wanting to adopt pets go somewhere else.
