    ***** at ******** gave me a price for GE Profile *************** I called back to give my credit card information to ***** (***** was not in at the time) who comfirmed the price and delivery info & charged my card. 20 minutes later ********************* called & said he would not honor my quoted price = "What the?". I informed him of the TWO previous confirmations of the price and he said in a very condesending and arrogant way "I SAID I WILL NOT HONOR THAT ***** NOR THE REBATE". This was during Black Friday & every one in town had the same price for these appliances. As a matter of fact my ********** purchase included a charge for haul away, new stainless hoses, a steam hose for the dryer and the order WAS STILL $35 less than Semach's. I had wanted to give my business the the "small local ********* store" but ************************* arrogance, his statement on how they beat ********** every day which was not true, and lack of decent business etiquette was unacceptable & he lost a $1600 order over $35. That was my first visit "the little guy" and I'll never go back ********!

    Thank you for reaching out. We at Semachs try to provide the best service we can. We as a company came up with three different options to best address this issue. We did call immediately to inform you that the price he gave you was wrong, and to provide to with the options. The options we provided were as follows. 1 We would still honor that price but you would not qualify for the rebate at that price. 2 We offered our normal price you would have qualified for a $200 rebate. 3 We understand that there was a mistake and we addressed it immediately to offer a full refund. I understand that it was not the ideal situation, but as a Mom and Pop shop we have to do what is best for all parties involved. The price comparison is as follows. Semachs Washer $749.99 Dryer $749.99 dryer connection $25 washer connection FREE total $1524.98 REBATE $200 total after rebate $1324.98 ********** washer $698 dryer $698 washer connection $36.98 dryer connection $64.92 haul away of two $100 total $1597.90 no rebate In summary we are $72.92 cheaper before you include the rebate bringing you to $272.92 cheaper. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, and we wish to help you in the future with all of your appliance needs. From all of us here at Semachs we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.     ????????????????????************************* Had to give a one star cus there isn't any negative one's. If you want delivery guys that don't respect you or your property that you purchased in your own home then these are the guy's for you. It wasn't an easy delivery cus of angles, so I got F bombs and GD. Wanted me to sign waver if we f up your freezer it's on you, sorry but not going to happen, this was a replacement and wanted HD to do the replacement. Frigidaire set this up not me. H#%* D@#!% guy's got it off truck and in less then 15 minutes. Choice is yours, good luck if you go with them didn't work for me also the say they have FREE delivery and FREE take away old, but charged me $150.00 for both. BEWARE!!!

    Good morning *********************,Thank you for reaching out. after looking into this. I do not show that you have purchased any product from us at Semach's. Yes, we offer free delivery and haul away if you purchase product from us. We try to provide OUR customers with the best possible service, but after reviewing our record it seems that you are not our customer. We were contacted by ********** to exchange a freezer that was purchased elsewhere. According to our conversation a few days ago. Nothing was damaged. We do not have a damage waiver, and the document we requested you to sign was for ********** stating that the replacement was delivered. You made sure to remind our delivery guys that YOU are their boss and they will do whatever you tell them because they are on private property. I'm not sure what you did when you were working but there is an old saying that there is no such thing as a free lunch. meaning no one works for free. You are having a freezer replaced free of charge from the manufacturer and had to pay for our time and fuel to deliver the unit. There was also no damage to the unit or your property during delivery. Please contact Frigidaire for any future needs.Have a wonderful New Year
