    Estimate to replace bathroom shower and tile unit, replace sink , toilet, drywall, flooring, etc… on May 13th. Job began around the 23rd of May and had various issues with the job, employees arriving late, etc.. Mr Kistler was rarely present and subcontracted the shower work which I was pleased with the tile work. At the end, he did not want to put the shower door and if I wanted it wanted to charge me extra. As a result, did not put the proper shower rod and water leaked onto the floor and into the cracks of the floating floor and is now seeping through the floor. We have been using a dehumidifier to try and dry the area with no success. We have asked over and over again for someone to come out and fix it but nobody shows up. There is another worker Tony Gano who we text and attempt to call who says he is coming but never comes. I honestly at this point do not trust or want Mr Kistler touching my work as he also put my vanity door on backwards, the sink pipes are leaking and my husband had to fix, etc. I just would like some of my money refunded so I can have another contractor come out and fix it correctly.
    The painting that was done also was not done right and they left some paint and my husband had to paint as it was awful.
    For over $6,000 spent and nearly a month in my home, I would expect more.
    I did attach his email but I paid the $5800, he gave me a $100 credit for no shower door and then I paid an additional $900 for the additional work on the bathroom walls, toilet, vanity, etc.. I have the checks I can provide for proof of payment if needed
