      I had a carport done by them back in July-Aug 2022. It was a 2-car carport and it was leaking. Mac's Roofing finished the project and my carport started leaking more than ever. I told them that it was leaking everywhere, he claimed it wasn't the roof but the walls. When I took videos of the ceiling and told him the roof was leaking, he made a few attempts to fix it, but the problem never went away. I paid him the full payment already, so he kept dragging his feet from August to February 2023 and the leaking never stopped. Once he made it clear that he wasn't going to fix it, I took some other roofing people and went up on the roof. I'm a woman and I wasn't able to go up and see what he had done. When we saw his work, he basically patched up one portion of the roof with small pieces of roofing and caulked openings everywhere, which cracked all over the place. It was a really messy job on one end of the roof. When it snows, the ceiling literally has icicles hanging down, that is how much it's leaking everywhere. My carport wasn't even leaking this badly before he did it. He basically refused to repair what was a terribly sloppy job and I'm going to court to *** him. He dragged his feet for 7 months to fix it and I got to a point where I said enough is enough. Never use this guy. He is sloppy and if he knows he can take advantage of you, he will. He also doesn't work very clean. It's nails and c*** all over after he does the roof.
