    Their prices are way to high for the lack-luster performance provided. I spent nearly a grand for a seasonal tune up a replacement seat and the installation and adjustment of the snowblower attachment.
    The first snow now has me doing my own repairs to use it while it's snowing.
    I called, Bruehrers said they could do nothing.
    I will be going elsewhere for my Simplicity Tractor requirements.

    Thank you * * for speaking with me today. I understood your frustration that your snow blower belt broke the first time used. It is unfortunate that we could not have tried it out in snow as we installed the snow blower last December when there was no snow. When you called that the belt broke, we were unable to pick up your tractor right away because of the snow-covered roads. As for the cost of the tune-up, new seat and installing the snow blower, you were given an estimate in which you approved. Total cost came to $904.82. I truly regret that you had a problem. We try our best but we failed to meet your expectations.
