    Expertise- the guy that runs will talk about dog behavior like a scammy salesman that doesn't really know the car he's selling but could easily fool someone that also doesn't know into thinking he knows what he's talking about. he has no clue. he comes of as nice at 1st until you realize he's extremely rehearsed and uses one liners and memes in order to figure out how he can make you feel more comfortable while he takes "care" of your dog. he basically flips through his roloex of b.s. until he sees somthing hit. classic covert narcissistic/ sociopath.
    facility- its literally on swamp land that's flooded out most of the time. where the dogs stay is not traditional at all. to many dogs in one area all able to see and make contact with eachother at all times it a makeshift gated community that if at anytime a dog wanted to thrash his way out he could. the land they have access to is flooded out and over grown.
    service- he won't hesitate to withhold water from your dog or let your dog incessantly bark till they go horse. he'll give you b.s. lines about how other places charge extra to let your dogs out more than once in 24 hours. he prays on the elderly and religious with his b.s. act while their dogs are in the devils home. **** ********* **

    **** and ** are the best! You can tell that they really love caring for our pets! We completely trust them and Heartwood is the only place we feel comfortable leaving our fur baby!

    Left dogs unattended during playtime resulting in a dog being bitten in the abdomen and killed.
